What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Device Testing Engineer position at Glint Tech Solutions?
Job Description:
- Perform hands-on device testing using both standard and custom test setups.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, failures, and areas for performance improvement.
- Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the engineering team.
- Develop and implement reliability test procedures to ensure device performance and longevity.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy in data collection.
- Manage testing lab maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- Collaborate with product development teams to feed test results back into design improvements.
- Support root cause analysis for device failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in ReRAM device characterization, reliability assessments, and comprehensive test reporting.
- Participate in scheduled test milestones, including: Cullinan pillar die testing, Initial testing of Gneiss die, etc
Preferred Qualification:
- Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python, C, and C# for test automation and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and reliability principles.
- Basic knowledge of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools to evaluate and present test results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing project priorities.
