Job Summary
We are looking to add an energetic Assistant Manager (Player 2) to our Glitch's family to support our growth in the community. The ideal candidate will enhance the customer experience, assist with managing arcade operations, and lead our team. This position requires leadership skills, ability to think quickly, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily arcade operations to ensure guests receive the best experience possible.
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels for optimal guest service.
- Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance at the arcade.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Report to our General Manager (Player 1)
- Uphold company mission of building our community.
Requirements
- 21 years olde
- 2 years bartending experience required
- Previous experience in management is preferred
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage employees while ensuring team productivity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and every weekend.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid Food Handler license
- Food Manager and/or TABC Certification preferred
