Key Responsibilities

As an Apprentice Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced carpenters and the company owner to assist with:

• Framing, trimming, and general carpentry tasks on residential and light commercial projects.
• Job site preparation and cleanup.
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials using hand and power tools.
• Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
• Learning proper construction techniques and safety practices in the field.

Qualifications & Skills

• A strong interest in the construction trades and a willingness to learn.
• Some prior experience in construction or carpentry is preferred but not required.
• A great attitude, reliability, and eagerness to grow in the industry.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in residential construction.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
