Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily operational tasks and decision-making processes.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Sales in groups and contracted rates.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and enhancing guest experiences.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
