**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
**Duties:**
- Perform maintenance tasks such as minor HVAC repairs, minor electrical installations, minor plumbing, and must be able to work with sheetrock.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to prevent hazards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts
- Conduct painting tasks as required
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical knowledge to maintain various types of machinery
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in facilities maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents and team members efficiently
