CNC Operator

Glo Resources is currently hiring CNC Operators to work at a fabrication shop in Beaumont, TX. The pay rate is between $20-28/HR. Workdays are Monday - Friday, starting at 7AM, working 8HR/day.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and understand blueprint designs
• Set up machinery for production
• Rework metal to create the blueprint design
• Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Complete routine maintenance of their machinery
• Enter all relevant codes to specify the feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath for a CNC

Qualifications:

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Experienced CNC Lathe (Haas Vertical milling machine. VF-3,5,6 and or Sharp Vertical milling machine. SV4020)
• Knowledge of G-code programming
• CAM experience a plus
• Must be able to pass drug screen
• Bending, Pushing, Pulling, Standing, Lifting up to 50 lbs.
