Join Glo Tanning, a luxurious and renowned innovator in the sun spa industry! We're seeking individuals with exceptional sales and customer service skills to be spa consultants. As part of our team, you'll greet and assist clients, maintain the salon, and embody the Glo experience. Prior sales experience is a plus!
Requirements:
- Stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds
- Quick on your feet for cleaning and client assistance
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Meet/exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
- Stay motivated and driven by numbers
- Make appropriate recommendations based on client needs
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service at all times
- Create a unique experience for clients
- Go above and beyond for existing and potential clients
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Cleanliness & Maintenance:
- Maintain overall salon cleanliness
- Participate in deep cleanings
- Take pride in the workplace environment
- Communicate equipment issues
Compensation:
- Blended pay: $12-$20 (hourly bonus included in range)
