Glo is on a mission to improve the world’s well-being. To accomplish that mission, we are looking for a Director of Product Marketing & Lifecycle Marketing who will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall marketing strategy by leading the product marketing and lifecycle marketing functions. This role will be responsible for developing and leading the go-to-market (GTM) strategies, customer retention initiatives, and the full customer journey. It is an exciting opportunity to build and manage a team, but will also require hands-on efforts especially for Product Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing
- Own the product marketing function, including market research, positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis. Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features, product updates, and revenue streams.
- Own the launch process for new features and product updates. Partner with the content and social teams to develop educational and promotional content to support launches.
- Collaborate with Product, Content, and Marketing teams to align on product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and launch timelines.

This position is fully remote for anyone living in California, Arkansas, Minnesota, Florida, Tennessee, or Texas.
Some travel may be required for in-person collaboration
Compensation : $150,000 - $180,000 / year equity
