Who We’re Looking For
Gloat is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to provide technical expertise and support to our sales team, ensuring successful adoption of our platform. In this role, you will lead product demonstrations, deliver technical presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your work will drive sales, enhance customer confidence, and contribute to Gloat’s growth.
Success In This Role Will Be Measured By
Gloat provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting total pay for this role is ($200,000-$250,000 OTE).

Success In This Role Will Be Measured By
- Improving conversion rates and sales revenue
- Increasing average deal size and reducing time to close
- Enhancing client engagement and knowledge sharing
- The position is hybrid (in NYC) and requires 3 days a week in the office.
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of Gloat solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor demonstrations to meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the functionality and features of Gloat
- Answer technical questions and address customer concerns during the pre-sales process
- Assist with RFP (request for proposal) responses and technical documentation
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of Gloat solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to enhance and improve Gloat solutions based on customer feedback
- Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales
- Ongoing communication & collaboration between All departments
- 5 years of experience in SaaS Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering or similar- Must
- 3 years of experience in the last 5 years working for an HR tech SaaS vendor- Must
- Experience in supporting a global organization across geographies and time zones
- Experience in aligning complex client objectives to a SaaS capability
- Experience in giving demos to VP and C-level clients
- The ability to balance high level planning with day-to-day operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and communicate
- Operate well in a fast paced, dynamic high growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with enablement tools such Loopio, Demostack, Gong and SalesForce
- People person
- Project management capabilities
- Candidates must be from the NYC area and able to commute to the office at least 3 times a week
