We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Partner to support two key oncology brands: the company’s largest brand and a well-established, stable brand. This role is integral to driving financial insights, managing planning processes, and consolidating financial data for the oncology business unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and team management.
Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA ( 2-3 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the finance partner for two oncology brands, providing strategic financial guidance and support.
- Lead the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate results and booking of accruals.
- Consolidate financial data for the overall oncology business unit.
- Manage and mentor one direct report, providing guidance on financial analysis and reporting.
- Partner with business unit analysts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with the analyst team based in Costa Rica, overseeing reporting processes.
- Work closely with senior directors and field VPs from marketing, commercial, market access, and competitive intelligence teams.
- Identify risks and opportunities, challenge the status quo, and proactively provide insights to drive business growth.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts to align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience within finance
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and develop a direct report, fostering a high-performance finance team.
- Proactive mindset with a keen ability to gather insights, challenge conventional approaches, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing P&L, variance analysis, and financial consolidation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment is a plus
Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
