Position Description:
The Senior Internal Wholesaler will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts within a designated territory. Working closely with a Regional Senior Vice President (External Wholesaler), you will promote our firm's suite of products to financial intermediaries, leveraging your exceptional communication and organizational skills to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
- Business Planning: Develop and execute an annual business plan with your External Wholesaler partner, tracking progress and performance.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule introductory meetings for your External Wholesaler partner and provide ongoing support.
- Presentation and Reporting: Deliver engaging company and product presentations, maintaining accurate records of territory activities and sales pipelines in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; FINRA Series 7 and/or 22, and 63/66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Skills and Certifications: Exceptional phone and communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; SIE certification (if applicable).
