Role Overview:
The Senior Internal Wholesaler will drive sales efforts within a designated territory, working closely with a Regional Senior Vice President (External Wholesaler) to promote our firm's suite of products to financial intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and execute an annual business plan with your External Wholesaler partner, regularly reporting on progress and performance.
- Lead Identification: Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings for your External Wholesaler partner and provide follow-up support as needed.
- Presentation and Reporting: Deliver engaging company and product presentations, maintaining accurate records of territory activities and sales pipelines in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; FINRA Series 7 and/or 22, and 63/66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Skills and Certifications: Exceptional phone and communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; SIE certification (if applicable).
