Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
- Source investment opportunities through industry networking and market analysis.
- Draft investment memos and assist in communications with stakeholders.
- Support senior investment professionals in executing and managing transactions.
- Deliver accurate financial models and compelling investment analyses.
- Proactively identify and qualify new investment opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with lenders, equity partners, and portfolio stakeholders.
Ideal Experience
- 1–2 years of post-undergraduate experience in investment banking (IB).
- Exposure to lower-middle-market private equity is a plus.
- Strong academic background, preferably from a top-tier institution.
- Advanced financial modeling skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, video conferencing software).
