Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout with a focus on quality, safety, and profitability
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and proposals for both public and private sector clients
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to determine project scope and costs
- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and project progress to ensure goals are met
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and performance
- Proactively identify and manage project risks
- Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with hands-on estimating and project management experience
- Proven background in Earthwork, Demolition, Utilities, or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of construction documents and project sequencing
- Proficiency with estimating and project management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
