Senior Internal Wholesaler
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Internal Wholesaler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts within a designated territory, working closely with a Regional Senior Vice President (External Wholesaler) to promote our firm's suite of products to financial intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Business Plan: Collaborate with your External Wholesaler partner to create an annual business plan, regularly reporting on progress and performance.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Schedule Introductory Meetings: Arrange meetings for your External Wholesaler partner and provide follow-up support as needed.
- Presentation and Communication: Deliver engaging company and product presentations, both virtually and in person, to prospective clients.
- Record Keeping and Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records of territory activities and sales pipelines in our CRM system, and assist in creating ad hoc reports to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience and Skills: 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; exceptional phone and communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; FINRA Series 7 and/or 22, and 63/66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe); SIE certification (if applicable).
