The Shared Services group within a Global Manufacturing Organization is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join the Business Process Improvement (BPI) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving organizational transformation by identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements that reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall customer experience.
Hybrid 2-3 days / week in Duluth, GA
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify and analyze business processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions.
- Drive the entire project lifecycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting to quantify the impact of process changes, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and vendors.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement within existing processes and recommend best practices.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project), process mapping software (e.g., Promapp, Visio), and data analysis techniques.
- Effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, both written and verbally.
