This role will place you at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy—working closely with division executives and corporate FP&A to deliver insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger performance. You’ll take ownership of key reporting processes, lead deep-dive analysis on trends, and support high-priority initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
Hybrid schedule 3-4 days/week in Buckhead - Lindberg area.
What You'll Do
- Analyze divisional performance and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost management
- Develop and maintain dynamic models and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Partner with field and regional leaders to interpret financial results and support operational initiatives
- Collaborate with corporate FP&A on quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and executive reporting
- Track key financial metrics and prepare monthly financial dashboards with executive-ready commentary
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, capital investments, and growth strategies
- Assist in identifying risks and opportunities and proactively address potential gaps in performance
- Contribute to the refinement of financial processes and reporting, incorporating tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Alteryx
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support cross-functional projects, acquisition evaluations, or operational reviews
- Ensure alignment with accounting and reporting standards in partnership with the finance and accounting teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, MBA, or Master’s degree is a plus
- 4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
- Strong command of Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with JD Edwards, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and compelling presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to work across functions and with senior leaders
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and learning

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
