Their consulting division plays a critical role in evaluating investments and driving post-close transformation.
Position Overview :
The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, leading deal execution, and driving operational improvements within portfolio companies. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a background in consulting, operations, private equity, or investment banking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Due Diligence : Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis for potential acquisitions.
- Deal Execution : Lead transaction execution, including negotiation, structuring, and legal documentation.
- Portfolio Management : Work directly with portfolio companies to :
