Function: The primary purpose of this position is to manage and oversee the Residential program. Ensuring compliance with the 6100/6400 regulations and company policies/procedures and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
Report to CEO for all tasks and responsibilities, facilitate communication between the CEO and management staff.
Create business strategies, plans and protocols to ensure company success.
Monitor and Support management staff with Day-to-day operations and challenges to achieve programmatic goals.
Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures and Day-to Day operations.
Lead and Train the management team to support programmatic initiatives, goals, daily routines, and the unique needs of Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Manage team performance through effective communication, training, performance management, staff meetings, and employee recognition.
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Assist with the development of current and future programs including residential supports personalized supports, and person-centered planning.
Assist with development of a residential budget.
Prepare required statistical, financial and service reports as needed.
Monitor finances for Individuals ensuring purchased are approved and accounted for with documentation.
Ensure work locations and vehicles are well maintained.
Conduct quarterly audits in preparation for State and County inspections.
Manage QM/IM quarterly reports for reporting purposes.
Schedule and host companywide meetings for all program updates.
Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timely.
Maintain the following certifications:
Quality Management/Incident Management- will maintain annual training and complete quarterly QM/IM reports.
Comprehensive Crisis Management /Ukeru/ Safety Crisis Management- will maintain certification and train staff on this training quarterly.
Certified Medication Trainer -will maintain med certification and in coordination with Program Specialist will be overseeing medication administration to ensure compliance with Med files.

Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 5-7 years experience with IDD population.
Valid PA Drivers License with a satisfactory driving record.
