Position Summary
The primary function of the image review agent is to process image review transactions for clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Functional Expertise
The core duty of the individual demonstrates and effectively applies depth and breadth of knowledge and skill in a technical or functional area in observable and measurable terms.
- Perform all data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, and updating.
- Performing and delivering timely and accurate entry of data and maintaining data files accurately.
- Maintain records of work completed and update data in appropriate databases in an accurate and timely manner to avoid backlogging.
- Establish data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality.
- Seeks critical information and data needed to perform assigned tasks.
- Enter data and required information using standardized templates/forms/business system.
- Utilize the appropriate IT programs to elicit data for each account.
- Ensure that all processes contributing to the overall organizational performance are conducted in accordance with organizational guidelines and other regulations.
- Ensure all activities involving quality assurance comply with applicable organizational requirements.
- Evaluate quality events, incidents, and possible complaints and oversee follow-up activities in the appropriately and in timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Teamwork skills
