Responsibilities

- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and market trends.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide information about products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and conversion techniques.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
- Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market conditions to help refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and customer service best practices.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
