Proposed candidate is expected to work three (3) days on-site and up to two days remotely, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience / Qualification / Knowledge Skills
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related scientific or technical field and three (5) years minimum of relevant experience
General Experience : Work Experience :
5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities.
Industry Knowledge : Preferred to have experience in the water and wastewater industry and an understanding of Oracle utility applications.
Project Experience : Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments focusing on ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including scripting in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
Specialized Experience
ITIL : Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
Service Now Modules : Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM.
d. Skillset
Integration Expertise : Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
Workflow and Automation : Ability to design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.
Cloud Technologies : Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., Azure)
ServiceNow Platform Expertise : Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques.
Communication & Collaboration : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Problem-solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when working with large, complex datasets.
