Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Identity Access Analyst to support the NEXT Program cybersecurity initiatives. This role is essential to the successful implementation of security protocols across the NEXT projects, specifically WAM R2 and CIS. The IAM Analyst will work closely with the Security Lead and Security & Controls project team members to ensure seamless provisioning and management of access.
This position requires an individual with strong project experience, particularly in SAP S4 and C4C, and a deep understanding of Security & Controls (S&C) and Access Management within large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of hands-on technical expertise and the ability to manage complex project workflows, focusing on the NEXT program rather than standard IAM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provisioning & Deprovisioning:
- Manage the provisioning of user accounts and deactivation of accounts (including in non-production lower environments) for NEXT program projects.
- Support the creation, modification, and management of user roles, ensuring accurate mapping of roles to user data in the context of NEXT-specific requirements.
- Handle user termination processes and ensure timely and secure deprovisioning.
- Security & Access Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing roles and permissions across multiple systems (including SAP S4, C4C, Maximo, and Open Grid) as part of the NEXT program.
- Collaborate with business leads to troubleshoot and resolve security access issues in the context of ongoing NEXT projects.
- Assist in creating and maintaining security test scripts for system testing (SIT, UAT) specific to the NEXT program.
- Support the development of user matrices and ensure roles are properly defined and aligned with NEXT security policies.
- Project Coordination & Leadership:
- Lead daily project meetings focused on NEXT initiatives to track progress and ensure alignment with security standards and timelines.
- Assist with project management activities, ensuring NEXT program projects are completed within scope, budget, and security requirements.
- Coordinate security-related activities during system cutovers and go-lives for the NEXT program projects.
- Security Testing & Compliance:
- Perform security testing on new system implementations specific to the NEXT program and oversee access certification reviews.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls related to identity management within NEXT.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards, policies, and regulations related to NEXT projects.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with business units, project teams, and external vendors to ensure security needs for NEXT program projects are met.
- Assist in integrating new security measures into existing systems and workflows as part of the NEXT program.
- General IAM Duties:
- Maintain and monitor IAM systems, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely provisioning/deprovisioning of access in the context of NEXT.
- Provide ongoing incident and problem management support for IAM systems related to the NEXT program.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with SAP S4 and SAP C4C in an IAM and security context as part of large projects like NEXT.
- Proficiency with identity and access management tools such as Saviynt and CyberArk.
- Experience with Cloud-based IAM, SSO, and managing roles and permissions in large-scale, NEXT-focused projects.
- Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sensitive Access Controls.
- Project Management & Coordination:
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex security-related projects within the NEXT program.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and ensure timely project delivery for NEXT projects.
- Experience working with business and IT teams in a cross-functional project setting, especially within the NEXT program.
- Security & Risk Management:
- Familiarity with Risk Management and Information Security strategies, practices, and tools specific to NEXT program needs.
- Experience in the implementation and testing of security-related solutions within NEXT projects.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly in NEXT program environments.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and confidence.
- Assertiveness and leadership qualities to manage teams and tasks across NEXT security projects.

Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves):
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Clevest, and IBM Maximo.

- Hands-on experience with access provisioning, role creation, and troubleshooting specific to NEXT program.
- Experience in large-scale security projects such as the NEXT program.
Education & Certifications:
- A degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
