Key Responsibilities:
Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborative Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing products and features that meet both business and technical requirements.
Scalability and Performance: Write clean, efficient, and performant code while optimizing the application for speed and scalability.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and provide guidance on technical decisions to ensure high-quality software is delivered.
Customer-First Approach: Continuously improve the customer experience by analyzing data and making informed decisions that prioritize customer satisfaction.
Ownership & Innovation: Take ownership of projects from inception to delivery and innovate to ensure the product stands out in the competitive e-commerce space.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across various functions to ensure alignment on product vision and project deadlines.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement and work with the team to make enhancements.
Who You Are:
Technical Expertise: You have a deep understanding of developing consumer-facing mobile applications at scale.
React Native Pro: You have at least 8 years of experience building mobile applications using React Native for cross-platform development.
E-Commerce Experience: You have 8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on developing and scaling E-commerce or Marketplace applications.
Leadership & Mentorship: You bring 10 years of overall software engineering experience and are passionate about mentoring junior developers and driving high-quality engineering practices.
Agile Enthusiast: You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and are capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Problem-Solver: You excel at problem-solving and love using innovative solutions to tackle complex challenges.
Bonus Points: If you’ve developed auction software at scale in the past, we’d love to hear more about it!
