What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle CX/OCC Cloud Functional Lead position at Global Applications Solution?
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX/OCC (Oracle Commerce Cloud) Functional Lead to drive the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle CX Cloud applications, including Oracle Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related CX solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle CX applications, business process design, and the ability to lead end-to-end implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle CX Cloud implementations, including Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and define scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and customize Oracle CX applications based on best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business users, developers, and vendors) to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Design and document end-to-end business processes, data flows, and integrations with ERP, CPQ, and other enterprise applications.
- Support post-go-live activities, troubleshooting, user training, and enhancements.
- Stay updated on Oracle CX Cloud product updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data security, regulatory, and governance requirements in Oracle CX implementations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud applications, with at least 3 years in Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Subscription Management, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Strong expertise in OCC B2B/B2C implementations, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and personalization.
- Knowledge of Oracle CX architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and extensibility options.
- Experience with EBS/Fusion ERP integrations with CX modules.
- Ability to create functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) principles, digital commerce trends, and omnichannel strategies.
