Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle EBS SCM Consultant to join our client’s team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with a focus on the following submodules:

• Oracle O2C (Order to Cash)
• Oracle MFG (Manufacturing)
• Oracle Procurement

The consultant will be expected to play a key role in driving SCM solutions, with a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects within Oracle EBS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Oracle EBS SCM modules with a focus on O2C, MFG, and Procurement.
• Lead and participate in Oracle EBS implementation projects.
• Ensure the successful execution of at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Provide functional expertise and guide the project teams through the design, configuration, and testing phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Oracle EBS SCM solutions on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle EBS processes and configurations.
• Support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules, specifically:
• Order to Cash (O2C)
• Manufacturing (MFG)
• Procurement
• Proven track record of at least 2 successful end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations.
• Experience with full project life cycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in both onsite and hybrid environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional Oracle EBS modules or integrations.
• Oracle certification in SCM modules is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
