Job Description:
Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS OAF Developer with a strong background in Order Management to join our team. This position requires a candidate with expertise in developing OAF (Oracle Application Framework) pages from scratch. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of OAF-based applications within the Oracle EBS environment, with a focus on the Order Management module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom OAF (Oracle Application Framework) pages from scratch.
- Work closely with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement solutions for Oracle EBS (R12) with a focus on the Order Management module.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OAF pages and Oracle EBS applications.
- Enhance and optimize existing OAF pages to meet evolving business needs.
- Perform unit testing, debug, and support integration and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and security standards are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing OAF pages from scratch.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 development, specifically in Order Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
- Proficient in PL/SQL, Java, and JDeveloper.
- Experience in Oracle EBS Customization and Extension Development.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and data flow.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Workflow.
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials and other Oracle EBS modules.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS development with expertise in OAF and Order Management.
