Job Description:
Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Order Management, Depot Repair, Inventory Management (IB), and Oracle Project Modules. This role will involve working on both the technical and functional aspects of Oracle EBS, with a particular focus on developing OAF (Oracle Application Framework) pages from scratch. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions while leveraging Oracle EBS SCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in both functional and technical roles, providing end-to-end support across Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Depot Repair, Inventory Management (IB), and Oracle Projects.
- Develop OAF pages from scratch, integrating business processes and technical specifications.
- Work with functional teams to define and document business requirements for Order Management, Depot Repair, IB, and Oracle Project modules.
- Customize, configure, and extend Oracle EBS (R12) applications based on business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing OAF pages, ensuring they meet changing business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Oracle EBS SCM modules and customizations.
- Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various Oracle modules with other enterprise systems.
- Perform performance tuning and ensure that the EBS applications run efficiently.
- Provide support during post-implementation phases and perform issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules such as Order Management, Depot Repair, Inventory Management (IB), and Oracle Projects.
- Proficiency in developing OAF pages from scratch.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle EBS R12 applications.
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL..
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow and Oracle EBS customizations.
- Strong understanding of the Oracle EBS SCM architecture, data flow, and integration points.
- Ability to work with business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with Oracle Project modules and integrating them with SCM modules.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of other Oracle EBS modules.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or other cloud-based solutions.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM development and support, including expertise in Order Management, Depot Repair, Inventory Management, and Oracle Projects.
