Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to assess and enhance the Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, analyze technical architecture, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of the assessment.
- Act as the technical point of contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Analyze the Salesforce environment (multi-org vs. single-org) and governance framework.
- Review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Visualforce pages for quality and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to replace custom code with declarative solutions.
- Assess API usage, external system integrations, and middleware connections.
- Evaluate data flow and synchronization mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices in configuration and development.
- Identify technical debt and propose strategies for optimization.
- Assess workflows, process builders, and flows for performance and maintainability.
- Evaluate the design and usage of custom objects, fields, and relationships.
- Analyze data quality, identifying duplicates, inconsistencies, and unused data.
- Create comprehensive documentation of findings, including technical health, risks, and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and governance.
- Experience in Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, and API integrations.
- Ability to assess and optimize Salesforce environments for performance and scalability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
