Essential Skills for Success 1. Unified Communications Expertise
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
- Strong understanding of UC system architectures, protocols, and integrations.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive UC-specific test plans.
