Job Summary:
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will oversee project execution and ensure seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JIRA administration, strong data analysis and presentation skills, and the ability to drive project hygiene and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all projects and ensure team members consistently update JIRA while maintaining proper project hygiene.
- Manage JIRA administration, including user permissions, workflows, and dashboards.
- Analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for executive briefings and status reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
- Work from the office twice a week to facilitate better coordination and collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA administration (creating/modifying workflows, managing dashboards, user roles).
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint (PPT) and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
