Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in embedded systems to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to lead software development projects in the video or broadcast domain.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for embedded or telco product development projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for design-focused or software development deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead and influence teams through cooperation, building trust to drive results.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to address organizational or operational challenges.
• Maintain transparency, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project, program, or operations roles.
• At least 5 years of experience managing SDLC projects.
• Hands-on experience in embedded systems development is mandatory.
• Strong development knowledge in embedded or telco products.
• Experience in the video or broadcast domain, including product development.
• RDK (Reference Design Kit) knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
