- Supervisor Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Pay: $19.00/hr
Global Asset Security is seeking professional and dependable security personnel to fill two immediate openings in Marietta, GA: one Unarmed Security Supervisor and one Unarmed Security Officer. Both positions are Monday through Friday schedules, with opportunities to step into additional shifts if needed.
🔹 Unarmed Security Supervisor (2 PM – 10 PM) | $19.00/hrKey Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-duty officers during the evening shift.
- Ensure post coverage, including stepping in if officers call out and no flex officer is available.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability to officers.
- Conduct shift briefings and maintain accurate and timely documentation of activity reports and incident logs.
- Communicate clearly with the command center and management regarding site activity and officer performance.
- Submit timesheets and assist with scheduling or administrative tasks as needed.
- Enforce site-specific protocols and company policies.
- Conduct site walk-throughs and ensure security standards are upheld.
✅ Requirements for Role:- Uniform: Security shirt (provided), cargo pants, work boots. PPE (glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, helmet) required for construction-related duties.
- Reliable transportation is required – must be able to report to post on time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – must be able to articulate and document incidents and reports clearly and professionally.
- Prior security experience preferred; supervisor experience required for the supervisor role.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods and work in varying outdoor conditions.
