POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you will respond to inbound calls with broker inquiries and answer questions in a variety of areas: product features, literature requests, and hypothetical illustrations as well as participate in extensive training and developmental experiences to help enhance your personal and professional growth. This position is based in our Wayne, PA office.
- Provide product and client cases sales support
- Explain in detail the features, benefits, & advantages of our retirement products
- Provide personalized, web-based hypothetical illustrations
- Ensure advisors have proper marketing materials
- Document calls within Salesforce.com for tracking purposes
- Act as liaison between home office and wholesalers in field
- Assist in the development process of new employees

- Successfully complete Resident Life License and Series 7 & Series 63 within 120 days of employment
