Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
- Meet with customers to understand their financial situation and vehicle needs.
- Assist customers with poor or limited credit histories in securing loans.
- Explain financing options, terms, and conditions in a clear and customer
-friendly manner.
Loan Application Management:
- Submit and process subprime loan applications through appropriate lenders.
- Negotiate with lenders to secure the best possible terms for the customer and dealership.
- Review and verify all required documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership and financial regulations.
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain relationships with a network of lenders who specialize in subprime loans.
- Act as a liaison between the customer, lender, and dealership to facilitate smooth transactions.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all loan documents comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan applications, approvals, and denials.
- Stay updated on changes in lending regulations and industry trends.
Financial Performance:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly subprime financing targets.
- Monitor loan profitability and ensure deals are structured to maximize dealership revenue.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to support vehicle purchases through finance solutions.
- Train and mentor sales staff on subprime finance procedures and best practices. Qualifications:
