As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through cold calling and in-person interactions to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Present vehicle features and benefits effectively, utilizing public speaking skills to engage potential buyers.
  • Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate listings.
  • Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and financing options to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers effectively.
  • Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and engaging discussions with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations, including inventory control processes.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
