Job Summary
The Center Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service center. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, including scheduling and managing repair work to meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the center.
- Manage inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for operations.
- Provide hands-on support in automotive repair tasks when needed, including auto body repair and restoration.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in automotive service and repair techniques.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficient in vehicle maintenance and automotive repair techniques, including auto body repair and restoration.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools effectively.
