Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential advertisers using a mix of cold outreach, inbound leads, and industry networking.
- Develop and execute full-cycle sales strategies, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored advertising solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
- Work independently while staying highly motivated in a competitive and fast-paced marketplace.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent GlobalAir.com and strengthen client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years in digital advertising sales or marketing, preferably in B2B markets.
- Sales Expertise: A track record of success in business development, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, mobile marketing, and online ad sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to sell to all decision-making levels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple opportunities effectively.
- Adaptability: Willingness to travel on short notice for industry events and client meetings.
- Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and CRM software.
