Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to staff and caregivers. If you are a skilled and compassionate professional with a passion for helping individuals with special needs, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete initial and ongoing ABA assessments that drive an effective treatment plan.
- Implement and supervise the implementation of BIPs in various settings, including clinic, home, school, and via telehealth.
- Provide direct ABA therapy as needed.
- Provide RBT supervision.
- Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- TN LBA required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing BIPs.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals.
