We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Global Processing Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of all clients' "Do Not Release" list and redaction requirements.
- Guarantee flawless delivery of Release of Information (ROI) by ensuring compliance with requests, authorizations, and HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain compliance with processes and procedures, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.
- Monitor and uphold client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Work efficiently within the team to ensure smooth, timely, effective, and productive workflows.
- Regularly communicate the status of site work to both clients and team members.
- Collaborate with team members to address issues quickly and escalate major issues to the Team Lead/Manager if necessary.
- Assist with updating the processing protocol as required.
- Abide by all company security policies during work activities.
- Submit daily reports as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Quality-conscious, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving and organizational tasks.
- Strong Data Entry Skills and proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both clients and co-workers.
- Professional, dedicated, and dependable team player.
- Limited travel may be required on an as-needed basis.
