What You’ll Do:
As a Global Sales Director, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting our amazing products with customers worldwide. Your day-to-day will be full of opportunities to shine as you:
- Be the Voice: Reach out to potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and video conferences.
- Show Off Our Products: Conduct virtual showrooms and livestreams to showcase the latest designs and tech, making our products irresistible.
- Stay Organized: Manage leads, track follow-ups, and keep everything running smoothly in HubSpot CRM (your secret weapon for success).
- Go Above and Beyond: Send personalized thank-you notes, update customers on shipping, and follow up post-delivery to ensure smiles all around—and maybe even land a reorder!
- Handle the Details: Work on vendor setups, fill out documentation, and upload products and pricing to portals like a pro.
- Collaborate and Report: Prepare weekly sales reports, share updates with the team, and contribute to brainstorming sessions to keep the ideas flowing.
What We’re Looking For:
- You’ve got experience in sales or a customer-facing role and love working with people.
- You’re a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (bonus points if you’ve used HubSpot) and an organized approach to work are your superpowers.
- You’re confident on video calls and know how to make a great virtual impression.
- Vendor setup experience? Even better!
