Job Responsibilities
Lead a greenfield SAP PMMO implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Collaborate with the client to analyze and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
Configure SAP PMMO to optimize project management and manufacturing operations for compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
Design grouping, pegging, and distribution (GPD) strategies in highly regulated industries.
Provide technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for SAP system-related issues.
Prepare functional specs, perform unit testing, and support full-cycle system testing.
Facilitate client workshops and lead testing efforts.
Experience
Candidate Requirements:
5-7 years of experience with SAP PMMO and SAP GPD for U.S. Aerospace & Defense industries
Hands-on expertise in SAP S4HANA Project Systems
SAP FI/CO with specialization in Material Costing
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Certifications
SAP certification (preferred, not mandatory)
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with Dassian PACE solution
Workshop facilitation and strong documentation skills (business process documents, functional specs, etc.)
Soft Skills
Strong communication and client engagement skills
Ability to lead workshops, present solutions, and drive business outcomes
