- Strategic & Tactical Mindset: Proven ability to think big-picture while managing detailed execution. Must balance long-term vision with short-term delivery, especially within fast-paced, enterprise-level initiatives.
- Agile Product Ownership Expertise: Hands-on experience as a Product Owner leading Scrum or SAFe teams—creating and prioritizing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing sprint planning and review activities.
- Dependency & Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team and cross-system dependencies across multiple workstreams, escalate blockers, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
- Retirement Industry Acumen: Strong understanding of plan conversions, payroll integration, distribution processing, and RMD workflows—critical for supporting scalable, stable recordkeeping platforms.
- Process Automation & Operational Efficiency: Experience with automating business processes (e.g., using tools like Power Automate), reducing manual touchpoints, and driving operational KPIs (e.g., SLA compliance, error reduction).
- Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in interpreting data, KPIs, and user feedback to guide product evolution. Ability to translate insights into prioritized feature improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and influencing skills. Proven ability to collaborate with business partners, operations teams, and engineering groups to drive alignment.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable navigating changing priorities, ambiguous situations, and large matrixed organizations. Brings structure to complexity while maintaining agility.
- .NET knowledge: General knowledge in architecture with .net, angular and sql server. Experience with batch processing and file integrations
- Retirement Plan Services Experience: Direct experience working in retirement operations, recordkeeping systems, or plan/participant data loading (e.g., ADT, BLD) is highly desirable and offers immediate value in this role.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): Experience in SAFe environments coordinating work across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and aligning delivery to PI planning and business milestones.
- Process Improvement Background: Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) principles and the ability to translate BPM recommendations into digital automation solutions.
- Automation Tools & Workflow Engines: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate), and automation solutions for plan setup or payroll processing.
- KPI & OKR Ownership: Prior responsibility for defining, tracking, and reporting success metrics (e.g., % error reduction, % plan setup time savings, RMD automation levels).
- Tools & Technology Proficiency:
