The break-down in responsibilities is (30-40% project management, 30-40% leadership and execution 20% strategy) Our strategy and roadmap is built. This role will be to map the strategy into the businesses, and work out the details and solutions on the gaps (Process Changes or system changes). On the leadership and execution, this role will have a team also supporting ecc6, so they will need to lead the execution of enhancements and break-fix.
The person needs to understand how a manufacturing environment runs.
The Engineered Materials Group SAP Senior Manager is responsible for directing, developing and managing group-wide SAP strategy, support and implementations. This is a hands-on role that will be responsible for systems, services, processes and governance while also contributing to development of group initiatives. Leads the planning and management of resources to deliver the most efficient SAP solutions across all group and divisional locations. Develops and leads the IT team as part of a group of succession planning. Developers groups strategic plans in accordance with divisional and group expectations and needs, incorporates enterprise systems solutions and support Corporate IT directions and goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
SAP Leadership experience (managing direct reports) and S4 implementation experience
8 or more years with SAP and 5 or more years of leadership
Ability to influence stakeholders
Experience supporting and enhancing supply chain, finance, customer service and manufacturing
Ability to work on multiple work streams

- Develop and maintain current SAP system (Ecc6) and lead S4 implementations for the Engineered Materials Group by working with divisional, group and corporate resources.
- Develop and lead group-wide SAP support organization that focuses on Business Analysis through solution development and deployment
- work with stakeholders to develop roadmap for core group solutions and to optimize and prepare sites for S4 conversion
- develop, implement and maintain strategy for solutions that work with or interact with SAP to fulfill EMG supply chain needs
- execute group S4 deployment roadmap
