As an Embedded Software Engineer you will be: Development and test of high-quality software features in QT/QML for Core applications within the Command Center Display Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Architects, and other teams in the Tech Stack to design, develop, and test software for a broad spectrum of Deere equipment with a focus on Precision Ag. Operate in a scrum team environment on varying projects with direction from project leads. Provide product support and defect triage of those system(s).
2 or more years of experience in embedded software development using C , Python, Java, or other Object-Oriented languages. 2 or more years of experience in design, development, and testing software applications using QT/QML. Understand real-time operating system and multi process/thread concepts. Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a distributed team environment. Ability and experience working in a self-directed mode. Ability to troubleshoot embedded software issues with an engineering mindset
