- Must have experience with UKG Workforce Management – Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience with UKG WFM, Dimensions
- Experience working in at least 1 Implementation project, including Payroll, Time Management and ERP Integration(s)
- Experience with UKG Dimensions, UKG Ultipro,
- Awareness of SAP, Workday, integration, configuration, and support
- Awareness of Workday, Tress, and ADP in areas of Payroll, Benefits, Tax management
- Must have proven ability to perform configuration or customization in Time Management and Payroll systems
- Experience with reporting in WFM and Ultipro
- Expert in data management, analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities
