Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for talented and enthusiastic Software Engineer / Developer. You will be responsible for the design, development, documentation, implementation, integration, and management of the multi-tiered components associated with mobile tactical command and control (C2) and communications systems, fundamental to providing robust, scalable, and efficient communication services and data management capabilities for the US military customer. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of the critical C2 systems and components. Communication and interpersonal skills are critical for collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design an effective and scalable architectures tailored to meet the customer's requirements. You will be routinely interfacing with US customers during system development, testing, delivery and installation.

Responsibilities
- Installing, integrating with, and supporting commercial software on Windows and Linux
- Network / computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, etc.
- Maintaining and operating a virtualized data center using VMWare ESXI
- Conducting system analysis and development on Linux/Win10 system to keep systems up to date w/ cyber requirements and changing technology.
- Experience in working with hardened / secure Windows, RHEL, and other environments.
- Plan, coordinate and execute system patches, upgrades and version updates to ensure the systems remain up-to-date with the latest features and security requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in the design, implementation and support of VMware's product line, including vSphere, vCloud, Horizon.
- Performing system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health.
- Develop and update critical documentation supporting configuration management and troubleshooting checklists and techniques
- System Administrator knowledge for Linux or Windows with experience analyzing network characteristics and troubleshooting network and system problems.
- Working with Integrated Development Environment (IDE) to conduct digital engineering
- Excellent conceptual skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaborative and brainstorming skills.
- Both self-motivated and responsive to direction.
- Must have ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance
- Must be willing to travel for extended periods of time, including periods up to 3-weeks continuously to conduct system demonstrations, exercises, delivery, installation and provide technical instruction to customers.
- Must possess and maintain a valid US passport and willing to travel to overseas locations.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, NE, CS, EE, CPE, etc...
- Ability to script using python, shell/bash, powershell
- Experience in programming and development of application software for complex systems and software testing.
- Security Certification, Network or other industry level certifications
- Experience with Cameo, Confluence, Jira, Gitlab, ARAS Innovator, and other Applications
- Experience implementing and monitoring the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability, and compliance scanning tools (SCAP, Nessus, etc.), STIG compliance, and eMASS experience
- Understanding / Experience with ISO 9001
- Secret U.S. DoD Security Clearance
