Global C2 Integration Technologies (GC2IT) is seeking a highly experienced Technical Advisor to guide the technical execution of the FUSIONS contract task orders. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational technical support to the FUSIONS Program Manager and the U.S. Government, enabling critical functions for the 616th Operations Center, 16th Air Force, and their subordinate units, as well as collaboration with key partners across Service Cryptologic Components, Regional, and Functional Combatant Commands.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on U.S. Air Force and Intelligence Community (IC) policies and directives related to cyber operations and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, particularly multi-INT requirements and assessments.
- Steer the development and implementation of information-sharing methodologies and strategic communication plans that foster collaborative relationships with Component Numbered Air Forces (C-NAFs), National Mission Partners, and Air & Space Operations Centers (AOCs) worldwide.
- Evaluate and review existing government documents, prepare high-level written reports and briefings, and ensure the timely update of stakeholders on task progress and status.
- Assess and recommend solutions for Air Force cyber and cryptologic requirements, providing insight into capabilities and operations related to 16th AF cyber and ISR missions.
- Apply deep knowledge of cryptologic collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (CPED) to align cyber and ISR tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) with mission objectives.
- Identify critical gaps in cyber and ISR operations and develop a roadmap to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish and cultivate working groups and collaborative relationships within 16 AF, sister services, and national partners to address complex operational and tactical-level cyber and cryptologic challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate operations at the designated site, ensuring seamless communication between corporate headquarters and on-site teams. Oversee daily operations, manage personnel, and drive the execution of business objectives in alignment with company policies and strategic goals.
Minimum Skills Required: · Proven ability to research, analyze, and apply DoD, AF, and IC policies relevant to cyber operations and ISR Multi-INT. · Experience in preparing and delivering comprehensive written and oral briefings to senior leadership. · Strong understanding of cyber warfare capabilities, ISR operations, and cryptologic policy. · Demonstrated ability to work across multiple agencies, commands, and national partners to resolve technical and operational challenges. |
Desired Skills: · Experience with joint exercise or mission planning is highly desirable. · Previous roles in inter-command liaison or cross-agency collaboration a plus. |
Eligibility:
- Must have current TS/SCI U.S. DoD Security Clearance
- To obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, an individual must be a current U.S. Citizen in accordance with Executive Order 12968.
