Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prefered
- but not essential - SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM
Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
