Your primary focus will be on delivering expert guidance and support on EBS Manufacturing modules, including WIP, BOM, Costing, Engineering, Inventory, Quality, WMS, and MRP/MPS.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert guidance and support to clients on EBS Manufacturing modules
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
* Utilize ServiceNow ticketing tool to manage and track issues effectively
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EBS Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience working on EBS Manufacturing modules
* Strong knowledge of SCM module and ability to apply it effectively
* Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and driving business growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
